Spark Credits (Free/Public Tier only)

Can only be used for Public Tier executions (routed through decentralized network).
Expire after 90 days

Full Credits (Paid/Any Tier)

Purchase directly (top-up as needed).
Last 1 full year from purchase date — no rush to use.
Usable for Public or Private Tier executions.
Ideal for serious research, production workloads, or when you need private results and priority access.

Backend Pricing

How Pricing Works

Pricing is determined by the QPU that you select and the parameters of your job. When possible, we provide up-front pricing to ensure that you have line of sight into managing your credits.

A job's costs can be based on either the parameters of the job, or on the QPU/simulator time consumed.

Today, all live systems are based on the submitted job's parameters, where costs are calculated using a combination of the QPU's base cost and the number of shots. Additional costs will be added for priority queuing and private execution. All prices shown in USD equivalent are for reference — actual deduction uses your Spark or Full Credits.
